Mission

Peanut butter and curry ice cream. Yes. You can tell that today was kinda interesting.

Day one of spring break was spent spontaneously exploring the Mission. Like what started out as a tour of Balboa Park soon turned into a stroll through the Mission district, and eventually became a trek onto Market. We decided to call it a day after reaching the Bart station on Powell. But really, the Mission is a pretty awesome place filled with all sorts of hidden treasure. Today's Discovery of the day is a solid tie between peanut butter and curry flavored ice cream (dead serious. it was delicious.), and this charming 2nd hand book store on Valencia. I walked away with a tiny new notebook and a handful of old post cards to mail home.
